How exciting to be traveling out of the country! I can definitively help get your services restored!

 

Is your account suspended as a non-pay or voluntary suspension? If it was non-pay, after the account has been paid in full, please wait around 5 minutes, and reboot the phone.  Once the phone finishes turning back on, your services will be fully restored.

 

If it was voluntary, please go to Suspend, block, or reactivate via MyAT&T > Next to the suspended device, select Reactivate > Follow the prompts to reactivate service on your device.
