Can I sell device?
Purchased device and new plan on the next plan deal... Still owed bout 300 on phone...they Closed account bout a year ago.... Can I sell now without it blocking the buyers account? Is there time limit? Will they not mess with the new account?

You can sell the phone, but it will remain locked to ATT. Be sure to list it that way.
