Can I cancel the wireless contract over the phone?

So I don't have to go to the office?

That should not be a problem.  One thought is that if you are changing carriers and want to keep your number, do that first.  It will automatically cancel your account when the new carrier ports your number out.

We hate to see you go but youngjm is right, you can cancel your service over the phone.
