How do I change my caller ID I changed my user information an it still hasn't changed

If you changed it from your OLAM and saved it, it should change but give it a few days. That also happened to me. It doesn't switch over instantly.

OLAM...Online Account Manager. You would have to log in to your account

Ok it said it would change over 24 hours so i waited but I'll wait more

I would suggest calling Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500. That's about I can tell you. I did mine online and it worked after a couple of days.

Caller ID takes 72 hours to process.

Remember, caller id does change within 72 hours, but it's still up to the other landline companies to update their cnam or caller id info. After I changed it, I had to call time warner for them to update their systems before it would show the correct caller id on my landline. ATT updates the info, butt it's also up to your landline company to update theirs. Most update within a week. Some, can take months, especially smaller companies.
