Postpaid can access 16 months online
Login to your myATT account
select the bill tab
scroll down and select usage
select your line
select talk
you can sort by clicking on the column header
prepaid you login to the paygonline account. Select home, then usage reports. I don’t recal exactly from there. Prepiad has 6 months available
