I have been calling Att for a couple weeks now telling you that my account has been crossed with another account. I was told last week that y’all were looking into this issue. Today my phone was cut off saying I haven’t paid my bill when in fact I have paid it! I now can’t contact y’all any other way but this. The only phone I have is my cell phone. I need a supervisor to contact me immediately! This is very unacceptable!

What does “crossed with another account” mean?
Do you have proof of payment? Then take it to an ATT store.
This is not how to contact ATT and you will not get a call from a post here.
