I'm making consistent payments. Will my service be shut off?

I cannot afford to pay the previous balance in full but am making consistent payments. Will my service be shut off? I was scammed and have no way to track down anything that was added to my plan.

Hello @Ydb225.

You can view current and past bills, recent changes to your service, along with account balances and your billing cycle online.

Here's how to view and pay your bill online.

  1. Go to Your bill.
  2. If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
  3. Expand sections to see more details.
    • To pay your bill, select Make a payment.
    • To see a copy of your paper bill, select View paper bill.
    • To view up to 16 previous bills, scroll and select Payments> More payment history.

Once you log in you can set up payment arrangements and make payments. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help!
