Being transferred off

So never ever bundle your services. I’m a long time wireless customer and today maybe the last time I deal with at&t services. I had taken a deal with direct tv and my wireless account at some point my accounts were separated and I nothing but problems. I can’t add a line now because direct tv dropped my service without resolving the issue. Complete headache for days and 14 representatives I have not gotten this resolved. Currently sitting in at&t store with representative waiting for escalations. Is this good customer service?
