Att switcher program

I came from Verizon and submitted paperwork for switcher debit card on 12-24-16. Still waiting in limbo period for credit. Meanwhile verizon wanted the phone paid off. How much longer do I have to wait for my credit card for reimbursement? ***

@DAVIDSC1969 How much did they give you for your phones? What date was that?

How much are your cancelation fees with Verizion? (not final bill, just cancelation).

You owe $417.81?

They gave you $85 for the trade in? I ask because you appeared to call it a fee...

it was the amount on the trade in for initial set up. I was told by the
ATT rep that the switcher credit minus the amount given and the change
would be issued on the card.

Awesome, that's what I assumed (but that doesn't always work out), but when it said fee...

Keep your AT&T account in good standing to stay eligible!

http://www.att.com/switch says you should receive your Visa Prepaid card 10-12 weeks after you first switched to AT&T. Expect it late (not early).

no fee it was just an amount or credit up front. Thanks for the
information. I have seen lots of google reviews and mostly say scam. I
hope it isn't.

Most people with problems, didn't follow the site instructions (95%+ in my experience).

The phone you traded in is the one that requires the payoff?

And it sounds like the $417 is JUST the phone payoff, so that's good.

Keep copies of EVERYTHING.

PLEASE, let us know how it goes!
