Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand your concerns when getting a message like this, especially since you or an authorized user haven’t made any changes recently. I have some information I would like to share with you.
I recommend logging into your MyATT app on a different device and see if there haven’t been any changes. If there has not been any changes I would report the message by forwarding the message to 7726(SPAM). I found a Forums Post which has more information on this subject. It will inform you how to stop messages like this to stop sending them to your phone.
