Att buyout program
I'm ok a VERY upset customer right now!!!! Very, very very poor service by at&t. So upset I'm even thinking about switching back to Verizon even with a 80% BYOD walmart discount program with att. Verizon on has 40%. It's been well over 8 weeks and I still have not received my money/card for Verizon buyout!!! Also I feel I am owed at least $90 for ATT removing my byod Walmart management months ago when I did ALL the steps for adding Walmart byod bring your own device to my account. It was removed twice!! I brought proof to att store twice with my Walmart ID badge, called Walmart hr etc... also I called Att yesterday and got the ring around on hold over well over an hour to get to the dept!!!! The AT&T voice answering service is very bad. I talked to multiple dept trying to get to the right one. I shouldn't had to here from a robot after I talk to a live representative let alone two live people and a supervisor. Command prompts only can go so far and I was driving my car. Difficult isn't the word. Impossible would be the word. And I know a thing about customer service I'm a Walmart Assistant Manager at a complex store and have been in retail for over 18 years. Also today I spent over 30 mins and couldn't even get through customer service with a log wait time and now I have to work and don't have time for this. I want my issues fixed please!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have with the 80% discount and your switcher offer. This is definitely not the kind of experience I would want you to have! I will be more than happy to help get this all figured out for you!
I will need to gather some more information in order to best assist you. I will be sending you a private message. You will see an envelope icon in the top right with a numerical icon next to it. I hope to hear from you soon!

@Anobleone
In the link under "What happens next" it says the Visa card comes in 10-12 weeks from when you submit the final bill. Please review the offer to make sure your expectations are correct.

What happens next
You’ll be mailed your AT&T Promotion Visa® Prepaid card within 4-6 weeks after you’ve completed all eligibility requirements, including keeping your account in good standing for 45 days. This means that you should receive your Visa Prepaid card 10-12 weeks after you first switched to AT&T.
Note: The value of your AT&T Promotion Visa Prepaid Card (up to $650) is based on the amounts of the Early Termination Fee or device payment plan balance reflected in your termination / cancellation fees from your previous carrier minus the Trade-in Program value of your current smartphone.
