Added a 3rd phone to account; showing as separate and not a part of Family

Hi all -

 

Just added a 3rd phone to my AT&T account but on my account page it's showing as a second account group.  How can I move it to my FamilyTalk group with my other two phones?

 

Thanks for any help!

Call customer care, let them know what happened, so they can backdate the plan. 1.800.331.0500 or 611 from your cell phone

For the record, got through on the phone and issue resolved in under 10 minutes.
