Account suspended, paid bill, data still doesn’t work

My account was suspended. I made full payment. Turned phone on and off a few times. The data on my phone isn’t work still.

my card #4761650047902120 has $129.88 i have bee look at my account all day to see if u dave taken off the $40 that i owe & now u have supened mewhat do u want take the $40  ok
