Accept Terms & Conditions
I just ordered a Nighthawk wifi hotspot router, and got an email that says I must accept Terms & Conditions before it will ship. There's a link in the email to accept the T&C, but clicking it takes me to a page that says the specified url can't be found. I've tried it in three different browsers, and the result is always the same. How do I accept the Terms if I can't get to the right page? When I log in to my account on the website, there's no obvious way to find the T&C.

Hey,
The link on the email might be wrong. The link is att.com/tc (copy/paste) it should take you to the website where it will ask you the wireless hospot number and billing/shipping zipcode of the order.

Most likely the link in the email is very close but not quite right, perhaps it has an extra character or something similar. You can try editing the link if you see anything obvious or you can post the link here, maybe we can spot what’s wrong with it.
