Abused by at&t

I to have tried every outlet even took A-day off at  Work because a ticket  was filed to do an investigation and they were going to call me back 3 days later with their findings and never did I never heard back anything. I don't know who to call now I don't know if I should just stop paying my bill?+[Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].

A lawyer isn’t going to do anything but tell you he can’t sue AT&T. That is if the lawyer is honest. At $300 an hour I’m sure he’ll at least take your first consults and charge you for it.

it would probably be more helpful if you said but the problem is and we could send you in the right direction.

Whatever your issue is, simply not paying your bill will only make it worse. Someone not calling you back as promised does not qualify as abuse. If you aren’t getting the response promised or expected by calling, file an FCC or BBB complaint.
