Should customers really have to jump jump through hoops to get a rebate they were promised? If you do not uphold your end, I should be able to get out of my contract. Correct?
You don't normally have a contract for wireless service these days.
You might have no interest payments for your phone (which you owe if you stay or leave), but you're not required to stay with AT&T.
