Hello, @Aplly5

We can definitely help you with the reward process.

How long ago did you order the iPhone 8+?

We suggest checking out the Reward Process Overview by visiting rewardcenter.att.com. Within 4 weeks of your order we send reward claim instructions by mail. Please check your mail & visit the link to get started. Thank you!

Re: AT&T reward card

I have contacted AT&T, was told it was being processed and my account still does not show up on the rebate center.

I’ve waited 30 minutes on hold.

Should customers really have to jump jump through hoops to get a rebate they were promised? If you do not uphold your end, I should be able to get out of my contract. Correct?

You don't normally have a contract for wireless service these days.

You might have no interest payments for your phone (which you owe if you stay or leave), but you're not required to stay with AT&T.
