AT&T Switcher / Young America - Please help me talk to someone

Now that I've read about all the horror stories with this promotion and with Young America, I'm afraid i'm going to be in for a rough go of it.

I made the switch from Sprint back in August and submitted my Switcher claim; however, I ended up entering the wrong amount, failing to account for additional early termination/device charges I accrued with Sprint upon switching.  My original claim has been sitting in the required waiting period for the last 6 weeks, and I've wanted to talk to someone to see if I could modify the claim or if I should send in a new one.

In the process of trying to talk to someone - I've sent multiple emails via the contact form on the Switcher portal, and I've tried phone calls that have me going in circles between different numbers with no ability to talk to anyone.  Any help would be appreciated - at the very least I'd like a good number to get a customer service representative to discuss this with me.  Thanks in advance.

Ha. I taped the clerk telling me they would pay six fifty for a new phone.
Nobody cared all the way up to the presidents office, after innumerable
complaints and speaking to many, many people. Worst customer service in
human history for sure.

Hello @davenru!

I am so sorry to hear about the issues with your switcher offer. It would be a pleasure to look into the status of your switcher rebate!

I invite you to send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare. In the message, please include your full name, account number, best time and method to contact you!

Can’t wait to hear back from you so we can get started on this! Have a fabulous day!

Aloha,

My name is Tom. I switched over from Verizon and opened a business account with AT&T on September 16, 2016. The sales associate missed lead me wrong information saying, "I will not have a bill for 3 months due to all my promotional credits". I turned in a new I-phone 6 256 gig also a Note 4. I purchased two Samsungs with a deposit of $255.00 each phone. I was told to go on line and follow the Swither Promotional plan which I did and scan my final bill with my carrier, "Verizon". It took 4 billing cycles to recieve my credit of $200 for each line. Its now been 6 billing cycles and no pre-paid visa debit card in the amount of, $495.00. I had yo pay off my verizon phones that, I gave to AT&T in the amount of $892.79.

I have been so irate since, I signed a contract with AT&T and been on the line with them chatting hours, calling them going in person numerous times to the store where, I opened my business account. Then this morning I went on-line to my account to find out there was a $288.00 over charge do to a representative, I spoke to last week. She made an upgrade to my account by charging me all these charges which I never authorized.

I called this morning and luckiely was able to have these charges corrected.

Sincerely,

Thomas

How do you turn in a NEW phone that's two generations back?

Did you turn these into the store?

What did they give you for the two phones, you didn't get some credit immediately? What does your receipt say?

This showed up as a credit on your bill online?
