AT&T 2017 Switch Promotion.
I switched to AT&T from Verizon March 10th and utilized the switcher program where i was supposedly to receive a rebate up to 370ish $$$
immediately filed the claim which was immediately rejected as they stated the ETF on the verizon bill did not show up, i called and spoke to a rep who immediately stated he saw the ETF specifically for the line that was cancelled and would approve the rebate..fast forward to today 5/15/17 just received an email that i had an invalid claim submission..
I will be filing a claim with the FTC now I was just curious if anyone else was being screwed over by at&t and their switcher program lies?

It's ATT poor choice of subcontractor they hired to process the final bill credits.
Might as well file the complaint.

Same here. Spent hours on the phone getting a run around.
I think the Federal Trade Commission and the Public Service Commisssion needs to know of the misinformation/ scam they are pulling.
Will be submitting complaints to both .

If your phone was traded in and received by ATT, bill submitted and received, you have no choice.
If any part of the required steps were not done, no complaint will help you.

They keep saying it had to say eft, erlir termination fee, but their switch descriotion also says device plan pay off, but they keep saying it has to say eft.
Did uou have any luck, i have til 9/1/2017 to resubmit.

No I switched my service in May via a ATT rep that came to my home when my Direct TV was installed.
