$50 restaurant.com gift card (AutoPay reward)
Like many others, I received an email stating that if I enrolled in AutoPay, I would get a $50 gift card. I completed the terms (3-months of good standing, AutoPay enrollment, etc) but still haven't received anything.
I tried logging into the rewards center using my account number and billing zip code, but get a message stating that no information can be found.
Before I file a complaint with the FTC, I want to give ATT a chance to make this right. After searching on this subject, it seems that I'm not alone in having this issue.

Hello @caseybrubaker,
We appreciate you signing up for AutoPay, and I will be more than happy in assist you with your reward!
In order to qualify for this promotion, your account must be in good standing for 90-days, or 3 billing cycles. After this time period, you will receive an email within 3-4 weeks with the eGift card.
If the four weeks has already passed and you still have not received any notification, you can always speak to someone directly to clear things up with the Reward Center department. Their number is 877-258-1427.
