$50 Restaurant.com e-gift card for AutoPay - where is it?
On 12/8/16, I received an email offer of a $50 Restaurant.com e-gift card for enrolling in AutoPay and sticking with it for 3 months. I fulfilled the terms of the offer awhile back but never received any confirmation or information on how to get this gift card. I have tried AT&T's online chat to no avail, and the Reward Center website doesn't find my info when I plug in my account number/zip. A quick google search shows many others with the same issue in figuring out how to proceed.

If you meet the necessary requirements, such as keeping your account active and enrolled for 90 days, you should have received an email from a specialized department called Group O within 0-3 weeks, with instructions on how to claim it. If you have not received this email (please be sure to check your spam folder just in case), then you can call Group O directly at the 800-288-9983. They will be happy to look into this for you.
