We have a great website which outlines the process and provides the necessary links. After you have traded in your phones you will need to submit your final bill. I suggest highlighting or circling the ETF or equipment pay off amount.
Once they have all the necessary information and the trade-in has been confirmed they will mail you a Visa Prepaid card within 4-6 weeks. Please make sure to keep your account in good standing or you can be disqualified for the promotion.
