We have been seeing a few topics posted about this and it seems to be happening when you are in a group message thread.
If there really was a message there will not be a way to retrieve it. If you are not in a group message thread, please let us know and we can look into this further for you.

I am having this same problem. Got on on Nov. 20th, two on Nov. 21st at different times, one on Nov. 24th, and two today at different times as well. What is the solution to this problem?
