lack of holder

The situation here is a bit complex. Firstly in August 2011, we started our family plan. And the holder is I. But I just found that about two month ago our holder leaved our family plan and started a individual plan.

Now, if you log into our online account you will see this (now all of our number is temporarily suspend because of some reason):

Two plans: Plan 1, Family plan

Plan 2, individual plan, this is the plan now used by the original holder

But the account is still totally under the original holder.

Here is the question now the holder of the family plan is "none selected" online, but the whole wireless account is under the original holder. What does this mean? Does this mean the family plan is now meaningless? Waht will happen? Who will be responsible for this? Will anyone's credit be affected?

Thank you!

If the original holder of the plan left the plan, he IS STILL responsible for the plan until a Transfer of Financial Responsibility Form is filed. Just because the account holder left the plan doesn't relieve him of his financial responsibility of the plan.
As long as there are 2 phones on the plan, it is still a family plan.
The only person's credit that will be affected is the person listed as financially responsible.
