    I called AT&T at 11:00 am and held for over 40 minutes then was disconnected. I have now been on hold for 38:40 and am still on hold. I don't care what the problem is, this is ridiculous. Faith

    Why does ATT have terrible customer service? Why is adding a line a nightmare? Why do customers wait hours in the Weston, Florida store and the 135th street Overland Park, Kansas store to solve basic issues (especially when their are very few customers waiting)? Can someone please explain why ATT associates are not trained consistently and managers are just as incompetent ...
