Why in this day and age of technology, is it impossible for AT&T to shut off the data once the alloted amount of data per month/billing cycle is used? Instead, I just automatically get charged an additional $10/gb. Also, there is no actual way on the website to shut the data off even though they keep insisting there is. I wanted to send an email so that it could maybe get passed through the right channels to get to someone who actually cares. But let's try this. Noticed random data charges (INT/MD) beginning with the latest billing cycle (11/14/2014). Every 3 hours at exactly 12am, 3am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm (8x per day).
