I am unable to see the data used by each individual on my account. I get the group pie chart and the numbers of days left, but not any tracking on specific users. I was able to check in the past. I can't seem to find out the usage online either. If anyone is having the same issue please let me know if there is a fix. I'm on the 30GB MSV plan.

I have a 300 Mb data plan on my cell phone. Data usage showed 128 Mb used last night. My contract expired yesterday, but the sysystem says I'm not eligible for an upgrade. Do I have to wait a couple of days or could there be another reason? I'm on a family account and I believe the last bill payment may be past due.
