Unable to see individual data usage in app

I am unable to see the data used by each individual on my account. I get the group pie chart and the numbers of days left, but not any tracking on specific users. I was able to check in the past. I can't seem to find out the usage online either. If anyone is having the same issue please let me know if there is a fix. I'm on the 30GB MSV plan.

On the app, When I click the data, it shows a pie chart and shows how much each line has used.

Online, go to Billing and Usage - Usage since Last Bill, pops up how much each has used.
