Taking a trip from the USA to Canada...What do I need to do?

I will be traveling to Canada in Septemeber and I want to make sure I wil still be able to us my phone when I get there.  Is Canada considered a roaming or international charge?  Should I notify AT&T of my travel plans?  I'm only traveling for five days.

Happy travels!

Here is some information about using your wireless service when you travel to Canada: http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/international/roaming/affordable-world-packages.jsp#canada-mexico

Here is some information about managing data use while you're traveling: http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/en_US/pdf/Travel-Tips.pdf?wtSlotClick=1-006CAD-0-1&WT.svl=calltoaction

If you want to use your phone, you'll likely want to add international calling. You can do it online or if you have a couple minutes, pop into your local AT&T store and ask the folks there to help you out.
