Log into your Online Account Management here, click on the line you want to change, then pick Manage services in the popup. Scroll down to Web, Text & More and select the data plan you want. On the right of the screen you'll see Proposed Updates. Hit the Next button and follow the prompts.
Or you can call CS and make the changes over the phone.
