Go phone number expiration and account activity

My balance expired on August 11. I am currently not in the U.S. so I cannot make use of my phone number but would like to keep it.

 

I'd like to know how long will I be able to keep my go phone number if I do not refill or use it.

I’d be happy to help with your account expiration expectations! To avoid loss of your number due to account cancellation, customers should aim to refill their account before 60 days have passed since balance expiration.. For more information, click here!
