Can I swap AT&T phone numbers between devices?
Hello,
I have two iPhones on the AT&T next plan that I would like to pass down to my daughters. I would like to purchase two new iPhones but I am wondering if I can swap my phone number from my older phone to my newer phone?

Yes. Just move your SIM card from the old phone to the new phone. If your old phone's SIM card is not the right size for the new phone, go to any ATT corporate store for a new SIM card at no cost.

I’m trying to activate the iPhone X and can’t figure out how to put one of my phone numbers in it there isn’t a SIM card to swap. It was an upgrade to another number on the account. How to I switch it to the other number?

call cust service to have it swap, you just need the imei and sim card no. best if youll go to att store and theyll take care of the rest
