Account disconnected
Hello,
I have a pre-paid AT&T GoPhone sim card and I have been using it for around a year. I am a student in the US and so I have come back to my home country for the summer. Due to this I was not able to recharge or use my phone for more than 3 months. When I recently tried to login to my account online, it said 'Account disconnected'. Looking at some of the questions on the AT&T community, it looks like I'll have to get a new sim card. Is it possible to get the same number I was using? I really do not want to change it since I will have to share my new number with all my contacts. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Nope, after 60 days your account is closed and number lost.
You can refill your account with $25 to last 90 days or a $100 to last a full year.

I had topped up for $100: in feb 2019: now its dis connected: why ? should be good for a year from feb 2019

Good for a year or until used up. Perhaps you used it all up?
