why does it get so hot

So what can I do if I sent my window phone back,and they sent me a different one but this one gets hot all the time,and at times you tap to see things you have to tap it a couple of times and harder then before what can I do if this is a replacement phone

You can send that one back to get it fixed or replaced - the one year warranty is still in effect, and that is not normal.

so i can send my replacement phone back because it gets hot and at times you have to tap harder to get things?and does the warranty start from when i got the other phone or from the one i got in dec?so can you please tell me what i can do and how long to do it.and why does it get so hot more times then others i dont understand that.thank you

so help me with the warranty the window phone get hot at times more then otheres and you have to tap harder to get things they said its not normal so this would be two phones the first one frozen and store couldnt help me so they sent me this replacment phone and now im having a hard time with this one i payed alot for the windows phone cant they do something nice and better for me after everything you put me though

Contact Nokia directly. Your initial purchase comes with a 1 year warranty. Your phone is not functioning correctly.

You can always try going through AT&T for warranty service, if you wish - if so, do whatever you did the last time you exchanged the phone.
