I have talked to 3 different reps and had 2 phones sent to me....
I have no VVM icon....
However, during one of the steps I tried as I was troubleshooting.....I distinctly saw the icon appear briefly? I did the Black update, anyone have this issue?
I only get 3 icons at the bottom....have meticul;ously followed the Support videos as well as Techs instr. over the phone to no avail??
I have the 1020 and it is working fine here make sure your data plan is on
