ordering a new device

I ordered a phone last Tuesday. I called today because it kept saying backordered on the website. So they cancelled my order and did it over. Today my phone was processing now it says backordered. What can i do? I have called at&t everyday since the 15th and nothing have changed. Im frustrated.

Would follow the above suggestion, also, if it was a iphone 5S, especially a gold one the back order status is understandable, there is a thread in the Apple forums here that is talking about it

Its a Samsung Galaxy Express. I even called today and they said they are gonna put a request in with the warehouse my phone is being shipped from. I haven't heard anything yet. Sadly. Smh.
