no phone service for 3 days!!! HELP!!!!!

My phone service has been down for 3 days. I live in a rural area and have no way of contacting att except by internet, and there are no email addresses for support ANYWHERE! I tried the live chat but after connecting once and getting a person who did not know what to do, I was not allowed to connect to live chat again. I need phone service!!!!!

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that your phone service hasn't been working. Are you talking about home phone or cell phone service? If it's home phone service, do you also have DSL or U-verse?
