Whenever I turn off cellular data or 3G on my iPhone all signal drops. I don't wanna go over my limit again that's why I need to do this. Even though data is turned off I should be able to call and text. Please help me!!! Thanks

Almost sounds as if you using airplane mode to turn off cellular data? That shuts the entire phone off, you turn off cellular data via the settings - cellular area

How are you shutting off data?

Settings>Airplane mode>off?   or

Settings>Cellular>Cellular data>off?

You want to be using the second option.
