Have Galaxa S-III and Family Map.  Used to work, Changed plans, Family Map disappeared from the plan, added Family Map.  Got new password.  Using new Password, but can't locate the phone.  Family Map site returns 'unable to find phone, maybe it is turned off or out of service area.'  It is not turned off, it is within service area.

verify location services are running on the phone, if it is turned off then the application cannot locate the phone
