If I change rate plans (reducing from 700 to 550), does this mean I am starting a new contract?
No. Plan changes don't require contract renewal or extension.
You will lose all of your accumulated rollover minutes in excess of 550 when you change your plan.
Just keep in mind use the *Service for checking your minutes use
If u dial *MIN# SEND ..... *646# SEND from your cellular, or
enter at ATT webpage to check all your account details.
This services are free and useful to avoid overuse charges and
have all under control!!!! XD
