att customer service is horrible, its a crime the way they treat people.

They have the worst, most criminal customer service department imaginable. I have been trying to resolve billing inaccuracies with them for 5 months. Unfortunately, this has only resulted in them punishing me further, and eating up a total of 30hrs of my time. They are unprofessional to extreme degrees. In an effort to resolve my issues I developed a "case" with them. They promised in writing to contact me by a certain date with results, they did not. They simply shut off my phone and didn't provide any info regarding my case or status. The disconnect between their customer service reps is unimaginable. I have had countless broken promises from their agents, in addition to being interrupted, spoken over, lied to and hung up on.

Sorry to hear you're having problems...you CAN send a Private Message to ATTCustomerCare here in the forum by clicking the provided link. They work in the forums during their regular business hours, different than who you would talk to over the phone and have been very helpful in resolving customer's issues. 


Please include a brief description of the issue you are having, your name, email address, phone number, and the best time to be reached. Please allow up to 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for a Representative to contact you. You can expect a reply via return PM between the hours of 7am-10pm CST.

 

Make sure to look for a blinking blue envelope on the upper right of your screen for a reply from them.
