Wireless Account compromised for no fault of mine - Please Help
My AT&T wireless account and all the lines in my family plan got disconnected all of a sudden and when I called the customer care, they said one of my numbers in my family plan has made a fraudulent transaction. When I contacted the Fraud dept., they spoke to me very rudely and said that I was involved with some kind of mobile insurance fraud. They won't listen when I'm trying to tell them I had nothing to do with it. So, all the lines under my account have been disconnected and I was told that I can only take a pre-paid connected now and have to forego my previous number.
But, I haven't done anything wrong and don't want a Fraud remark on my SSN for no reason of mine. No matter how many times I called the Fraud Dept., they just wouldn't listen. Can somebodyplease help?
