Why isn't there a Customer Support option when I call 611 from my AT&T cell phone?

Why isn't there a Customer Support option when I call 611 from my AT&T cell phone?  I have to lie and use a bogus option number.  Then I have to ask for "Customer Service".

The easiest way to get to a representative when calling 611 is:

 

1. In the first selection of option press "0" (zero).

2. Select your reason for the call.

3. You'll be connected to a representative.

You did not answer my question satisfactory. When I press "0" , Customer
Service is not an option.
