On dec 29 I called att to inform them that I had a scheduled payment arrangement for dec 29 that I'm not able to pay due to financial hardship. I spoke with a telephone rep and his supervisor and I was advised to pay at least $80 to prevent suspension on my account so even though I didn't have the money that day, I found a way to pay $100 of the balance I owe and now my account for 2 Phone numbers have been suspended. I am at work and not able to reach a live rep to discuss this problem as I have no access to a different phone to call out.
