Representative Nina A. Called me in response to my survey and tried to keep me as a client because I was considering to switch over to T-mobile. She offered me a package followed by email. When contacted AT&T 3 times yesterday said that they have no such plan in place and I asked them to either put me in that plan which was offered or track down Nina A. Rep. Each time Reps specially Kelly, the supervisor and Paige fansler from Grand Rapids MI, promised to get back to me and hung up the phone and no one ever called me back. Here is the email the package, I was offered:
