Victim of AT&T scam
Representative Nina A. Called me in response to my survey and tried to keep me as a client because I was considering to switch over to T-mobile.
She offered me a package followed by email. When contacted AT&T 3 times yesterday said that they have no such plan in place and I asked them to either put me in that plan which was offered or track down Nina A. Rep.
Each time Reps specially Kelly, the supervisor and Paige fansler from Grand Rapids MI, promised to get back to me and hung up the phone and no one ever called me back.
Here is the email the package, I was offered:

Included Messaging: Unlimited
Nights and Weekends: Unlimited
M2M Minutes: Unlimited
Overage Rate: $15.00 per GB

After a transfer of billing responsibility has been authorized by the original account holder, the desired new account owner should contact the following Business Activations Center within 60 days to complete the process.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET

This is to confirm that the original account holder is still responsible for the account/bill until the transfer is completed.

Your adjustment request has been approved and a credit of $10.00 has been applied to your account. If you have access to the Premier website, the adjustment will reflect online after your upcoming billing cycle.
Note: It may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on an invoice.
