AT&T your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, My family and I have been dedicated customers for eight years. We recently fail behind one month and had cell phones services interrupted. Once we made arrangements to pay them and payed according to those arrangements, services were not restored. I spoke with Jason or Justin as noted on account **** and the supervisor Ms. Exei was very rude and unaccommodating. I am very surprised that after eight years with AT&T that we were treated like this . We are buying out our contracts and moving on!
