Just would like to voice my pain since about 6 months ago I broke the screen on my phone, but it was no big deal since my upgrade was coming up. Then the whole Next thing came out and they bumped my upgrade 4 months. I still have 45 days left and am very unhappy. I went in today to see if they could possibly do anything since our family hass been 10 year plus customers with always 3 to 6 lines in use. They ended up being very rude and pushy about me using Next. I know what it is and it isn't for me. I also didn't like how they seemed to not even be listening at least to anything. Where has customer service gone? I know nothing will be done I will just have to go to a different carrier most likely. Sometimes the small things are what matter the most, I think many companies have forgotten that, exspecially in an economy as todays.
