My phone said that I am eligible for a standard upgrade? What does that mean?

  • Standard upgrade
    You may be eligible to upgrade your device at a subsidized price after 24 months. You can then purchase a new device at
    the subsidized price with a new two-year wireless agreement.

It says that I'm ready for an upgrade, can I upgrade it to the 5c?

to be on the safe side, copy the upgrade text from the upgrade page and paste it in a reply. There used to be 3 upgrade messages that have different meaning.
