Wanted to reduce the cost of my bill, rearrange the plan, whatever. I'm out of contract too so there is nothing but incentive for ATT to keep me because I can go wherever I want. Apparently their "customer support" thinks I should go somewhere else too. Here is a screenshot of the very short chat I had online with them: If it comes out too small to read,

I've been with AT&T for many years and have not known them to not care about their customers. It is posable that the rep who you dealt with was new or in need of more training. I would try calling AT&T back and speak to a different rep. Also, there are community managers here on the forums who you can get in contact with regarding your plan.
