Texting Issue

I join to AT&T not to long ago and purchase a new phone. I can text out going messages to other carries but cannot received incoming from other carriers except for AT&T providers. I spoke to a rep already. They have give a lot of insturction in which I have follow. I took the sim card out. Spam and Roaming are turned off. I turned the phone off and on they time they asked no result. I need HELP and not the run around.

This is a peer to peer forum...we're all customers like youself. If someone has any ideas as to what your texting problem can be, I'm sure they'll try to help you.


Can I ask if you've recently ported your number from another carrier??
