I went on for an upgrade and the sales person changed my plan with out telling me. I HAD a "grandfathered" plan that was unlimited data and a family talk share plan. I was paying around $177 a month now I have a unwanted family data plan and my total am will be OVER $200 a month. Called customer service and was told they can not change me back cause they did not make the changes. Was told to go back to the store. I hope I can go back to my old plan. If not att will lose me as a customer.
